NORA FATEHI SAID -My success is not because of another guy or hero’

Nora Fatehi says she was told to date ‘specific actors’ for PR: ‘My success is not because of another guy or hero’

Nora Fatehi refused to date certain actors for PR reasons and is glad she didn’t listen to others’ advice.

Actor – dancer Nora fatehi , who rose t0 fame with the song, Dilbar in 2018, has opened up about the dark side of the industry. As a newcomer in the industry, Nora said that she ignored a lot of advice and also revealed how she refused to date specific actors for publicity.

In an interview with Zoom Entertainment, Nora said, “I was constantly told, ‘Oh, you know, you should date specific people and date for PR and date this actor and that actor.’ I never listened to any of that, and I’m so glad because now I make the rules, and I work on my own terms, and my success is not because of another guy next to me or another hero that I’m hanging on to. It’s on my own, and everyone else is just a plus. So I’m very proud of that.”

Talking about the other things she didn’t listen to, Nora said, “A lot of things I didn’t listen to and a lot of them are the reasons why I am who I am today. One was, don’t do songs.  Another one is, don’t do reality shows. Another is, you know, I remember there was this one person who, after the success of ‘Dilbar,’ I was saying, ‘Alright, now I want to also focus on opening up another market. I want to go international. Let’s do here, let’s do outside.”She added, “And the response I got was, ‘Okay, no, focus on one thing, that’s it.’ You know, so I didn’t like that response, so I went on and started doing international stuff at the same time, and I’m doing it both, and it’s working great for me.” Nora had joined artists Rahma Riad, Balqees, and Manal to perform their song, Light The Sky at the closing ceremony of the FIFA World Cup 2022.

On the work front, Nora and Remo D’Souza will be seen on  their dance reality show Hip Hop India on Amazon miniTV. Nora is all set to make her Telugu film debut opposite Varun Tej in Karuna Kumar directorial ‘Matka’.

  1. One thing I have actually noticed is that often there are plenty of misconceptions regarding the banking companies intentions whenever talking about property foreclosures. One fable in particular is that often the bank needs to have your house. The lender wants your hard earned dollars, not your property. They want the amount of money they gave you with interest. Averting the bank will simply draw a foreclosed summary. Thanks for your article.
